The system allows you to customize printer receipt settings at the Register. Review the list of printer receipt settings (and their descriptions) to learn how you can control how receipts are printed.
Register Receipt Settings
Print Receipt on a Completed Transaction
Choose whether you always want to print a receipt, select to print via a notification prompt, or never print a receipt.
Kitchen Receipt Font Size
Select between a small, medium, and large font size for receipts printed at the kitchen printer.
Number of Receipts Printed
Select the number of merchant copies printed after a transaction.
Print Itemized Receipts
The receipt will include the item detail (item name and price) on all receipts if enabled. If disabled, the receipt will not include the items and their price but the subtotal amount of all items.
Print Employee on Printed Receipt
Enabling this option includes the name of the employee on the receipt.
Print Order Number on Receipt
Enabling this option includes the order number on the receipt.
Number of Kitchen Receipts Printed
Select the number of order receipt copies printed to the kitchen.
Do Not Print to Selected Printers
Select to exclude specific LAN printers.
